At church, an event called 'The Foundation of Prayer' happened today. As many of you know, our church is undergoing a worship center renovation and we are two weeks away from being back in the main auditorium. Today, the church body was able to do a walk through...only this was much different than most walkthroughs. As you entered the main door, there was a bucket of sharpie pens and we grabbed one and kept walking. It was an amazing scene! Folks were all over the worship center bent down on their knees writing the names of family members, friends, and others on the concrete before the carpet is to be laid down. The names of unbelievers were written on the foundation of the church building and were prayed over. Tami and I worked our way across the worship center and found a very unique spot. Tami knelt on her knees and wrote the following names: Camryn Paige, Lauren Elizabeth, and Peyton Claire. It was awesome! What a special time! I pray that I never forget this moment! Heavenly Father, I pray, above all else, that you will be glorified in the lives of Camryn, Lauren, and Peyton and that they will one day know you as Lord and Savior!

I feel so bad...I didn't think to ask where the girls' names were so that I could take a picture for you.
I guess that is what you get for going without me! ;)
I love that we did this. What a beautiful symbol of people praying over our children for years to come.
What a neat thing to do! Love the picture of the girls :)
What a sweet picture of all of your girls!
