It is now officially summertime and it is hot! It seems like all we do everyday is play in the water somewhere or someway just to cool off. Here are a couple of pictures of the girls slippin' and slidin.' They love it...actually they love anything that has to do with water. Camryn did an amazing thing on Friday. We were at a friend's house swimming and she dove to the bottom of their pool without her life jacket on and retrieved a diving stick. I was so proud of her and she was so excited. Now, we just need to work on her swimming. She and Lauren are getting closer each day to being able to swim on their own. I'm guessing that by the end of the summer, they will be swimming on their own. We just need lots of practice. Thank God we have a lot of friends with pools. Please pray for us as we start VBS this week. It should be fun, it always is. I'm teaching the 2's and the girls will be going to a class of their own. We will be exhausted at the end of it all, but it will be a blast and we'll be glad we did it.

Looks like the girls had a BLAST with the slip-n-slides! You guys should definitely come hang at our pool one day soon!
