Well, the day that the girls have been waiting for finally came. They are now officially Kindergarteners! They were so excited this morning. They got up a little earlier than normal and before we knew it, they were completely dressed and ready to go. We headed out to the bus stop and had breakfast with our neighbors who were riding the bus too. And, before we knew it, the girls were lining up for the bus and then they were gone. It happened so quickly that we didn't have time to get sad or to shed any tears. Because they were so ready to go, that probably made it easier on us too. When they got off the bus this afternoon, the first thing they said was 'School is awesome!' So, that made us even more excited for them. They had a great day and had lots of stories for us. We wanted to ask them a million questions about their day, but we tried to not overwhelm them too much with all of our questions. We just wanted to know every little detail about their day. The best thing of all is that they are super excited to go back tomorrow.
