Snow in Houston.....What???

I know...pretty amazing isn't it? I think the last time I saw snow in Houston was 15 years ago when I was in high school. Since snow only falls once every couple of decades in Houston, I thought I better take advantage of the moment. So, I bundled the girls up and headed outside to take some pictures before it all disappeared until the girls are in college. Camryn and Lauren had a blast running around in it and trying to taste the snowflakes as they fell down. And, of course, Peyton had fun too. But, I think she prefers the indoors where it is much warmer. The snow continued to fall on and off throughout the evening. The snow isn't sticking, which is a bummer. It would be so much fun to wake up to a pile of snow on our front lawn, but I guess we'll just have to dream about snowmen until our next trip to Colorado.

The girls having a blast!

At times, the snow came down pretty heavy.

Trying to get a good taste of that snow!

Our sweet Lauren with a couple of snowflakes in her hair.

Peyton's first snow. Look at those snowflakes in her hair. She is such a cute little snow bunny!

you need to convert that top picture of the girls to black and white and use for Christmas gifts. Girl, you are quite the photographer!

Love you and those girls.
